Abbey Consulting LLC is a private US consulting company. It provides management, commercial and advisory services to the Southvest group of companies.

Abbey is privately owned and works under a consulting agreement with Sycamore Southvest Ventures FZCO, the group's holding company. It is not a subsidiary of the group — it is a separate US company engaged by it. Abbey does not take on outside clients.

Services

New venture development Taking an idea to a costed plan the group can act on — market sizing, landed-cost modeling, supplier identification, and the assumptions that decide whether it works.
Sourcing and supplier quality control Reviewing supplier quotations for completeness — specification, material, net weight, Incoterms — before orders are placed, and holding suppliers to the agreed spec.
Competitor and pricing analysis Establishing what competing products are made of and sold for, so samples and quotations can be compared on a like-for-like basis.
Transaction and license file management Maintaining deal files across the group's mining ventures to a single standard, with complete dates, counterparties and document trails.
Administration and reporting Bookkeeping liaison, records management, and reporting to the group's directors and advisers.

Employment

Abbey is the group's United States entity and employs its US-based staff. The group's operating companies sit in Eswatini, the United Arab Emirates and Abu Dhabi; the people doing this work are in the United States, and they are employed here, by Abbey, on US payroll.
